摘  要:目的:研究血型血清学试验中影响抗-A及抗-B溶血活性的因素及排除方法。方法:检测不同试验条件下被抗-A和抗-B致敏的红细胞出现溶血的影响因素,分析抗体效价与溶血活性的关系。结果:血型抗体效价高低与溶血活性无相关性;在常规血清学试验时,孵育时间愈长、温度愈高,则溶血发生频率也增加;EDTA抗凝血浆在试验中未出现溶血和凝集强度减弱现象。结论:抗原抗体混合后应尽量确保立即离心,以免抗原抗体复合物激活补体;最好采用EDTA抗凝血用于ABO反定型和交叉配血,以防止出现溶血和弱凝集现象。Objective: To study the factors which impact anti-A and anti-B hemolytic activity in the serological tests and the ways of avoiding that.Methods: Detect the influencing factors which make the red blood cells hemolytic and analyze the relationships of antibody titers and hemolytic activity.Results: There is no correlation between blood antibody titers and the hemolytic activity;In the common serological tests,the longer the time of incubation,the higher the temperature,the more frequency of hemolysis would be;There is no phenomenon of hemolysis and weakening of agglutinate intensity in the test of EDTA anticoagulant plasma.Conclusion: Antigen-antibody mixture should be centrifuged immediately in order to avoid antigen-antibody complexes to activate alexine; It is best to use EDTA anticoagulant for the anti-shape and cross-matching of ABO blood to avoid the phenomenon of hemolysis and weak agglutination
