摘  要:[目的]比较高温胁迫对2个冬小麦品种幼苗的影响,为进一步研究其耐性机制奠定基础。[方法]采用盘栽法,以冬小麦品种济麦19和临麦2号为材料,在苗期用40℃高温胁迫处理7 d,比较2品种的株高、干重、PSII的光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、相对电导率、色素含量等指标。[结果]与对照相比,高温胁迫导致临麦2号的花青素、叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量降低,相对电导率增加;Fv/Fm值和株高降低;并导致其干重显著降低。高温胁迫除导致济麦19的株高受到抑制外,对其他指标没有影响。[结论]冬小麦济麦19的耐高温胁迫能力比临麦2号强。[Objective] The study aimed to compare the effects of high temperature stress on the physiological index of the seedlings in 2 winter wheat varieties so as to lay the foundation for the further research of their tolerance mechanism.[Method] With the winter wheat varieties of Jimai 19 and Linmai 2 as tested materials,using the dish planted method,their seedlings were treated at the high temperature stress at 40 ℃ for 7 d to compare their physiological index such as plant height,dry weight,Fv/Fm,relatively conductivity and pigment content.[Result] Compared with CK variety,the high temperature stress could decrease the contents of anthocyanosides,chlorophyll and carotenoids,reduce the plant height and the Fv/Fm value of Linmai 2,increase its relatively conductivity and had obvious reduction on its dry weight;the high temperature stress could restrain the plant height of Jimai 19,but had no influence on its other index.[Conclusion] The ability of the tolerance on the high temperature stress for Jimai 19 was stronger than that for Linmai 2.
