东北玉簪正丁醇萃取物对大鼠乳腺小叶增生的影响

摘　　要：[目的]研究东北玉簪正丁醇萃取物对大鼠乳腺小叶增生的影响。模型大鼠乳头直径及形态学症状、血清雌二醇含量、血液流变学参数、乳腺组织病理病变程度的影响。[方法]肌肉注射雌二醇和黄体酮诱发大鼠乳腺小叶增生,然后分别以成人临床拟用剂量的4倍、2倍及等效剂量灌胃给药,对照组灌胃给水,1次/d,共30 d,用药结束后检测血清雌二醇含量、孕激素水平、并对乳腺组织进行相关指标观察。[结果]东北玉簪正丁醇萃取物能明显缩小雌二醇诱发乳腺小叶增生大鼠乳头直径、降低大鼠血清雌二醇含量及大鼠全血和血浆粘度。[结论]东北玉簪正丁醇萃取物能明显减轻试验性病理模型大鼠乳腺小叶组织增生。[Objective] The aim was to study the effects of Hosta ensata＇s butanol extraction on the papilla diameter and morphology symptom,the serum level of estradiol,the parameters of hemarheology,and the level of pathological tissue with experimental breast glands lobular hyperplasia in rat.[Methods] Experimental rat lobular hyperplasia of breast glands was induced by hypodermic injection of estradiol and progesterone.And then,the butanol extraction was infused into rats stomach with 4 times and 2 times of adult clinical decodes dose,and the control group was water,one time a day.And after 30 days,the indexes were detected.[Results] The butanol extraction could shrink breast glands lobular hyperplasia and diameter of rat papilla,light morphology symptom of nipple,decrease the content of dihydrotheelin in serum,and also have effect of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis.[Conclusion] Hosta ensata＇s butanol extraction can reduce lobular hyperplasia of breast glands in rat.
