摘 要:[目的]研究几种无机絮凝剂以及复配入有机絮凝剂聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)对阿维菌素厌氧废水的絮凝效果,并确定最佳的絮凝条件,为工程应用提供理论支持。[方法]采用FeCl3、Fe2(SO4)3、Al2(SO4)2、KAl(SO4)2以及和PAM的复配处理阿维菌素厌氧出水,研究絮凝剂处理后废水的COD、色度的去除率。[结果]FeCl3+PAM复配絮凝剂为最佳絮凝剂,即投加量为每吨废水125 g FeCl3与5 gPAM时,COD和色度的去除率分别为53.51%和65.81%,絮凝剂以分析纯计算,FeCl3+PAM复配絮凝剂的处理成本为2.52元/t废水。[结论]复配入PAM后,无机絮凝剂的处理效果大幅提高;FeCl3+PAM复配絮凝剂为阿维菌素厌氧出水的最佳絮凝剂。[Objective]The aim was to study the flocculation effect of several kinds of inorganic flocculant and blends with the organic flocculants polyacrylamide(PAM) on the abamectin anaerobic wastewater and confirm the optimum conditions of flocculation,so as to provide the theoretical support for the engineering application.[Method] The anaerobic effluent of abamectin wastewater was treated by using FeCl3,Fe2(SO4) 3,Al2(SO4) 2,and KAl(SO4) 2 and the blends with PAM to study the removal rate of COD and chromaticity of the wastewater treated by the flocculants.[Result]FeCl3 + PAM was the best compound flocculant,its dosages were 125 g FeCl3 and 5 g PAM for a ton of waste water,and the removal rate of COD and chromaticity were 84.86% and 72.43%,resp.If the complex flocculation was estimated with AR reagents,the treatment cost for FeCl3 + PAM compound flocculant was 2.52 yuan/ton.[Conclusion]When the PAM was added into blends the treating effect was increased to great extent.FeCl3 + PAM was the best compound flocculant for the anaerobic effluent of abamectin wastewater.
