摘 要:[目的]揭示恙瞒空间分布及其与疾病的关系提供依据。[方法]选取云南省20个县(市)作为恙瞒采集地点,收集锡金小鼠耳壳及外耳道全部恙瞒,研究云南省锡金小鼠体表寄生恙瞒的种类组成、物种多样性、优势螨种及其种间关系和空间分布情况。[结果]2001~2010年对云南省20个县市中进行调查,结果表明在13县市共捕获到锡金小鼠665只,从其体表采集到恙螨2 238只,属于2亚科10属56种,待定恙瞒1种。微板无前恙螨、枪棒爬虫恙螨和细棒爬虫恙螨是优势恙螨。[结论]锡金小鼠体表恙螨种类丰富、数量较多,优势螨种在宿主的不同个体间呈聚集性分布格局。[Objective]The research aimed to provide basis for revealing the spatial distribution of chigger mites and its relationship with the diseases.[Method]20 counties(cities) of Yunnan Province were selected as the collection areas of chigger mites to collect all the chigger mites from the earlap and external auditory canal of Mus pahari.The species composition,species diversity,dominant species,interspecific relationship and spatial distribution patterns of parasitic chigger mites on the body surface of Mus pahari were studied.[Result]20 counties(cities) of Yunnan Province were investigated from 2001 to 2010 and the results showed that 665 individuals of M.pahari were captured from only 13 investigated counties and 2 238 chigger mites collected from the body surface of these mice were identified as 56 species,10 genus,2 subfamily,including one species which was not identified.W.micropelta,H.tenuiclavus and H.hastoclavus were the dominant mite species on the mice.[Conclusion]The chigger mites on the surface of M.pahari had a diverse species and abundant individuals.The dominant mite species on M.pahari showed an aggregated distribution pattern in different individuals of the mouse host.
