摘 要:以自然光照相同和水环境固定的条件下3种密度梯度(0.5、2.5和5.0 g/L)的浒苔藻体反射光谱为研究对象,基于反射光谱获取了红边位置、红边斜率、红边面积、黄边位置、黄边面积、蓝边位置、蓝边面积NDVI,RVI[719,680]和VI[555,680]10个单变量参数,综合浒苔藻体的不同生长阶段分析这些特征参数的演变规律。结果表明,红边位置、黄边位置和蓝边位置随着浒苔藻体生长状态的变化而发生偏移量较大;红边位置的最大值、RVI[719,680]最大值、NDVI最大值与浒苔藻体的密度呈现出较高的正相关,相关系数分别为0.992、0.967、0.945。应用高光谱单变量特征参数可较高精度地分析浒苔藻体光谱特征差异。Entermorpha prolifera samples were collected from Lianyungang sea area,where the water environment was fixed and natural illumination condition was controlled.Three different densities of 0.5 g/L,2.5 g/L and 5.0 g/L were designed.Based on the reflectance spectra of Entermorpha prolifera,ten hyperspectral single variable parameters,which were red edge position,red edge slope,red edge area,yellow edge position,blue edge position,yellow edge area,blue edge area,NDVI [719,680],RVI[719,680],and RVI[555,680],were respectively extracted.The evolution laws of the ten parameters at different growth stages of Entermorpha prolifera were analyzed.Research results indicated that with the changes of the growth state of Entermorpha prolifera,red edge position,yellow edge position,and blue edge position all shifted away to shorter wavelength,and the max number of shift ould be up to scores of nanometer.The maximum of red edge position,NDVI[719,680] and RVI[719,680] were positively correlated with the density of Entermorpha prolifera with the coefficients of 0.992,0.967,and 0.945 respectively.To sum up,the reflectance spectra of Entermorpha prolifera could be highly identified by applying hyperspectral characteristics parameters.
