摘　　要：从我国农村小额信贷整体现状出发,结合A市农行发放的贷款情况,分析了农村小额信贷市场面临的主要问题,并提出应健全风险管理机制、优化利率及期限结构、农户与企业及银行合作走产业化发展道路等建议。According to the overall status quo of rural microfinance in China as well as the loans granted by the agricultural bank of A city,the main problems facing the rural microfinance market were analyzed,and some suggestions were presented,including perfecting the risk management mechanism,optimizing the structure of interest rates and deadline,and carrying out the industrialized development through the cooperation of farmers,enterprises and banks.
