摘　　要：设计了一种基于AVR单片机的自动灌溉系统,系统由SHT11温湿度传感器的数据采集电路、LCD显示电路、蜂鸣器报警电路、按键电路等构成。以ATmega16单片机为控制芯片,软件编程实现了SHT11温湿度传感器现场湿度数据采集,LCD1602液晶进行实时显示,按键设定湿度控制范围,以及实时报警等功能,并给出了硬件原理框图及软件流程图。试验结果表明,该系统实现了根据农作物实时湿度进行自动灌溉的功能,并具备良好的效果。An AVR MCU-based automatic irrigation system was designed,which consisted of the data collection circuit of SHT11 temperature and humidity sensor,LCD display circuit,buzzer alarm circuit and key circuit.With ATmega16 MCU as control chip,the software programming realized the on-site data collection of SHT11 temperature and humidity sensor,the real-time display of LCD1602,the key-pressing setting of humidity control range and the in-time alarm,the block diagram of hardware principles and the flow chart of software were given.Experimental results showed that the system fulfilled the automatic irrigation functions according to the real-time humidity of agricultural crops and achieved good results.
