摘 要:以扬子污水处理厂的污水和污泥为原料,选取热解反应温度、热解反应时间、催化裂解反应温度和催化剂用量等因素,通过正交试验确定催化裂解精制污泥热解油的最佳工艺条件,并考察以上因素对精制油收率的影响。结果表明,在热解反应温度420℃、热解反应时间60 min、催化裂解反应温度460 qC和催化剂用量(以催化剂床层高度表示)3 cm条件下,精制油收率30.2%。对污泥低温热解油和催化裂解精制油进行物化性能分析,分析结果表明,精制油中的含氧化合物量明显降低,而不含氧的碳氢化合物含量增加。The optimal catalytic upgrading con treatment plant were determined by orthogonal dition of oil pyrolyzed from experiment. The influence sewage sludge of Yangzi sewage of pyrolytic temperature, pyrolysis time, catalytic upgrading temperature and catalyst dosage was investigated. The results showed that the oil yield of 30.2% was attained under the optimal condition as follows:pyrolytic tempreture 420 ℃, pyrolytic time 60 min, catalytic upgrading temperature 460 ℃, and catalyst dosage ( catalyst bed height) 3 cm. The physicochemical properties of the oils was analyzed. It was found that the upgrading oil consists of lower oxygenated compounds.
