摘 要:介绍了在2011年IFLA亚太区学生设计竞赛中获得三等奖的作品的构思过程和方案主要内容。针对中国的农业土地资源被掠夺式的开发利用、人与土地的关系日趋恶化等问题,选取了北京一座正在逐渐走向没落的古村落——杨家峪,提出"零能源消耗"的设计理念,通过建立水处理系统、废弃物利用系统、土壤碳循环系统,使人和土地的关系由索取到循环利用,使村庄由能量消费型转化为能量平衡型。The paper introduces the creating process and design contents of the Third Prize Project in 2011 IFLA APR Student Design Competition. The intention is to solve the problem of the over-utilization of land resources and deterioration of the balance between human beings and land in China. The project selects an ancient Yangjiayu Village with the risk of vanishing, and proposes a concept of "Zero Energy Development". It changes the role of human from outrageous consuming into sustainable recycling by setting up Water Treatment System, Waste Utilization System and Soil Carbon Circulation System. Ultimately the previous energy-consumption pattern that powers the village would be shifted into an energy-balance system, a more advanced and efficient alternative in future development.
