足月妊娠羊水过少胎儿羊膜和胎盘AKP-PAS反应组织化学分析

摘　　要：目的探讨足月妊娠羊水过少胎儿的羊膜和胎盘AKP-PAS组织化学反应变化。方法取足月分娩正常量羊水和羊水过少胎儿的羊膜和胎盘各15例,标本经10%甲醛固定,常规石蜡切片,分别进行HE和Gomori碱性磷酸酶-多糖(AKP–PAS)法染色,光镜观察并进行AKP反应强度分级。结果羊水过少羊膜细胞出现固缩或空泡变,胞质内PAS阳性颗粒减少;绒毛中轴毛细血管基膜厚薄不均等;羊膜和胎盘滋养层细胞AKP反应明显减弱。结论糖原缺乏、AKP活性降低参与羊水过少的病理生理过程。Objective： To explore the histochemistry changes of AKP–PAS on amniotic membrane and placenta with oligohydramnios in full month pregnancy.Methods： Fifteen cases of amniotic membrane and placenta with normal amount of amniotic fluid and oligohydramnios and as many of inadequate amniotic fluid and oligohydramnios were used.The models undergone fixation with 10% formaldehyde and routine paraffin section,HE staining and Gomori alkaline phosphatase-periodic acid Schiff reaction（AKP-PAS）.The slices were observed and the AKP intensity level was gradeed under light microscope.Results： The amniotic cells of oligohydramnios became pyknotic and vesiclized,PAS granules were reduced,the basement membrane of the capillaries at the villi was varied in thinkness et al.AKP reaction became weakened in amniotic membrane and placenta.Conclusion： Lack of the glycogen,the lower activity and secretion of the AKP take part in the pathological and physiological process of the oligohydramnios.
