摘  要:目的探讨两种语言刺激模式对语言区的显示。方法正常健康志愿者20人,男10例,女10例,平均38.5岁。均为右利手。利用Bold-fMRI技术完成图片命名任务,语义联想任务。AFNI软件处理实验数据。统计分析采用SPSS12.0分析软件。结果在图片命名任务下:双侧岛叶、额下回、额中回、额叶背外侧区(以左侧为著),顶上小叶、颞上回、梭状回,辅助运动区等激活;语义联想任务下:双侧岛叶、额下回、额中回、颞上回、额叶背外侧区(以左侧为著),左侧角回、顶上小叶及右侧尾状核少量激活。语义联想任务较图片命名任务相对优势脑区:左侧额中回(BA9区前部),辅助运动区(BA6);图片命名任务较语义联想任务相对优势脑区:双侧梭状回(BA37)、枕叶(BA18/19)、额叶背外侧(BA9区后部),右侧顶上小叶(BA7)。结论不同的语言刺激任务根据任务的性质和难度不同激活脑区及强度略有不同,语言任务的完成需多个脑区的协同作业。Objective: To explore the effect of displaying the language regions under two language stimulus patterns.Methods: Twenty cases of normal healthy volunteers with the males of 10 cases and females of 10 cases.The mean age was 38.5Y.The right hand was predominant.The tasks of picture naming and semantic imaging were done by the Bold-fMRI.The experiment data were dealt with the AFNI soft ware and analyzed by the SPSS 12.0.Results: Under the tasks of picture naming task,the major activation regions were both insula lobes(IL),inferior frontal gyrus(IFG),middle frontal gyrus(MFG),superior temporal gyrus(STG),dorsal lateral regions(DLFR,the left side was obvious),superior parietal gyrus(SPG),supplementary motor area(SMA),fusiform gyrus and so on.Under the task of semantic imaging,tbe regions were both IL,IFG,DLFR(the left side was obvious),LSPG,STG,SMA and left angular gyrus;little activation regions were seen in right caudate nucleus(RCN)and SPG.The predominant regions under the task of picture naming were LMFG,SMA;Under the task of semantic imaging were both fusiform gyrus,occipital lobes,DLFR and RSPG Conclusion: Little difference of the activation regions can be seen in the different language tasks.Multipal cerebral regions should be attended to finish the language tasks.
