泰安市健康成人静脉血血细胞参数测定结果及参考值范围

摘　　要：目的探讨泰安市健康成人静脉血血细胞24项参数的参考值范围。方法收集735例健康体检的成人静脉血,用日本Sysmex公司XT-1800i全自动血细胞分析仪进行血液检测,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果不同性别血细胞部分参数差异有统计学意义。女性的WBC、LYMPH%、MONO%、EO%、LYMPH#、MONO#、EO#、RBC、H b、HCT、MCH、MCHC、PLT与男性比较,差异有显性意义(P<0.01);本调查与不同地区测定结果及《全国临床检验操作规程》(第3版)的参考范围比较,各项参数不完全相同。结论全国各地区成人静脉血血细胞部分参数存在性别、地域的差别。为更好指导临床诊疗工作,应建立本地区本实验室静脉血血细胞各项参数的正常参考值范围。Objective： To investigate the reference range of 24 parameters of healthy adults venous blood cells in Taian City.Methods： 735 cases of healthy adult blood were collected,blood was tested with the Sysmex Corporation of Japan XT-1800i automated blood cell analyzer,and the results were analyzed statistically.Results： There was statistical difference in some blood cell parameters of different genders.Compared the women＇s WBC,LYMPH%,MONO%,EO%,LYMPH #,MONO #,EO #,RBC,H b,HCT,MCH,MCHC,PLT with the men＇s,the difference was significant（P0.01）;compared the investigation with the invistigationg result of the different areas and reference range of the ＂national clinical laboratory operating procedures＂（3rd edition）,every parameter was not same completely.Conclusion： Some parameters of the adult venous blood cells in the whole country have the sex and geographical differences.In order to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment better,normal reference range of every parametes of venous blood cells in laboratory should be established in this region.
