枸杞多糖对小鼠有机磷中毒的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的枸杞多糖对机体细胞有较强的保护和修复作用,观察枸杞多糖对小鼠有机磷中毒的疗效。方法观察分析阿托品-枸杞多糖合用组、阿托品组和中毒对照组(无治疗)三组中小鼠中毒情况及死亡时间的差异。结果阿托品-枸杞多糖合用组中毒症状出现时间明显延后,小鼠死亡数目也明显减少,而且这种差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明枸杞多糖可较明显的改善小鼠的中毒症状,延长小鼠的寿命。结论枸杞多糖与阿托品合用可以明显减轻有机磷对机体的损伤。Objective： To observe Chinese wolfberry polysaccharide curative effects on the organic phosphorus poisoning of small rats.Methods： The differcence in the time of death and toxic differences were observed and studied in the atropine-LBP combination group,atropine group and the control group.Results： The poising symptoms of the Atrop-ine-LBP combination group were significantly delayedand there was a smller number of deaths,and these differences were statistically significant（P0.05）,which showed that LBP can obviously improve the poisoning symptoms,prolong the life of the mice.Conclusion： The combination of LBP and atropine can significantly reduce the damage to the body organophosphate.
