强化健康教育对2型糖尿病患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探索对2型糖尿病患者进行健康教育的有效模式,研究糖尿病健康教育对患者的影响。方法将62名患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组31人,实验组在常规药物治疗的同时进行一对一强化健康教育,对照组治疗的同时给予一般常规健康教育,连续观察两组6个月的血糖水平糖化血糖蛋白及相关知识知晓率情况。结果实验组糖尿病知识知晓率及空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白疾病控制指标明显优于对照组(P﹤0.01)。结论实施强化健康教育能提高2型糖尿病人对疾病的认识,有利于控制病情。Objective： To discover the effect of the health education on the diabeties II and research the effect of the health education for the diabeties II.Methods：The 62 patients were separated into the experimental group and the control group.There were 31 persons in each group.The experimental group received one-to-one strengthening health education in combination with the conventional medical treatment.The control groups had regular health educaton with the conventional medicine.The condition of the sugar level and sugar protein and the aware probability of the related information were observed continuously in 6 months.Results： The morbid control index of the sugar level and sugar protein and the aware probability of the related information in the experimental group were better than those in the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion： The execution of the strengthening health education can raise the awareness of the diabeties II and is good for the control of the condition.
