新型低压膀胱在经尿道前列腺电切术中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨新型低压膀胱在经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)中的应用价值。方法回顾2009年7月～2010年7月我院BPH患者根据灌注压力不同分新型低压膀胱组(50例)和常规灌注压组(50例),比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症、患者术后血钠等指标。结果新型低压膀胱组手术时间、术中出血量及术后血钠改变较常规灌注压组更少;术中术后无低钠血症及其他并发症发生。结论新型低压膀胱在经尿道前列腺电切术中具有良好应用价值。Objective： To investigate the value of new low pressure bladder used in TURP.Methods： 100 cases of BPH undergone TURP was divided into two groups,and the operative index and perioperative index were recorded.Results： There was no significant difference in the improvement of IPSS and Qmax of the BPH patients between the two groups.The operative time,the volume of bleeding and sodium concentration were lower in the low pressure bladder group than those in traditional irrigating group.No hyponatremia and other complication were found during operation and after operation.Conclusion： Low pressure bladder is useful for the treatment of BPH.
