社会支持对尿毒症患者应付方式及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨社会支持对尿毒症患者应付方式及生活质量的影响。方法将69例尿毒症患者随机分成两组,观察组35例,对照组34例,观察组在常规治疗护理基础上进行全面系统的社会支持,而对照组仅做常规的治疗护理,比较两组患者的应付方式及生存质量指标。结果观察组尿毒症患者生理领域、心理领域、社会关系领域、环境领域评分,显著高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论社会支持程度对尿毒症患者应付方式及生活质量具有重要影响,良好的社会支持有助于患者采取积极地应付方式,提高患者的生活质量。Objective：To investigate the impact on coping style and life quality of social support on patients with uremia.Methods：69 cases of patients with uremia was randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in observation group,and 34 cases in control group,complete social support,conventional therapy and nursing care were carried out in observation group.Convemional therapy and nursing care were given for control group.Coping style ang quality of life marks were compared between the two group.Results：WHOQCL-BREF evaluation of physiological,psychological,social relations and environmental field of the observation group is significantly higher than the control group,and there are significant difference（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion：The degree of social support has an important impact on uremia patients＇ coping style and life quality,and good social support helps patients take an active approach to deal with andimprove the quality of life.
