手工艺课程在美国建筑教育中的传承和发展

摘　　要：美国克兰布鲁克艺术学院和密歇根大学都有很好的建筑教育传统,前者曾在老沙里宁领导下将欧洲的现代设计理念引入美国,并为美国培养了大量的建筑与设计方面的人才。该文通过现场调查和文献整理等,探讨了模型、营建等手工艺课程对现代建筑教育的价值和影响,从中可以看到手工艺课程训练在美国建筑教育中的传承和发展。最后,比较了中美两国建筑教育中空间尺度训练的不同方法,提出对我国建筑教育的启示作用。Through investigation into the University of Michigan and the Cranbrook Academy of Art, the fact that models and fabrication in architectural design course are of great value to the history of the twentieth century design and the modern architectural education is explored.From these courses and works,the development of traditional craftsmanship is demonstrated in this paper.Finally,the differences of the training about architectural scale between China and America are discussed.
