摘　　要：回顾评述了现有的战略匹配相关文献,分析了匹配模型提出的必要性,提出了城市信息化战略与城市发展战略匹配模型,讨论了模型要素之间的相互关系,提出采用互补性理论分析战略的匹配性,指出可能的城市信息化发展战略以及对应战略路径选择。Based on the review of existing literature, the importance of the alignment of urban development strategy with urban e-strategy has been analyzed in this article, and an alignment model of urban strategy with urban e-strategy has being established. The relations between the elements of the model have been discussed, and three urban e-strategies have been proposed correspondingly matching pattern.
