创新型城市创新驱动要素的差异化比较研究

摘　　要：基于创新型城市建设的整体目标,参照知识竞争力指数及STI指标体系,构建了创新型城市四维评价模型。对全国4个直辖市和15个副省级城市进行对比分析,揭示出创新型城市构建进程中,创新驱动要素的差异性,结论认为,主要有科技创新驱动、产业创新驱动、开放创新驱动、"两型"示范驱动、体制机制创新驱动以及综合创新驱动等六类典型驱动模式。Based on the Knowledge Competitiveness Index and STI Index System, this paper constructs a four-dimensional evaluation model of innovative city according to the overall object of national innovation system. By analyzing the differences among the 4 municipalities and 15 sub-provincial cities in China, it is concluded that there are 6 typical innovation-driven modes, including scientific and technological innovation-driven mode, industrial innovation-driven mode, opening innovation-driven mode, twooriented demonstration-driven mode, system and mechanism innovation-driven mode and comprehensive innovation-driven mode.
