摘　　要：本文在对广东两个玩具业集群进行探索性研究基础上,以企业成员集聚程度、企业网络结构、外部社会资本和技术创新绩效为主要变量,建立产业集群影响企业技术创新绩效的综合型理论模型,结合现有文献成果提出相关理论假设,并利用广东产业集群中458家科技型企业的问卷调查数据,运用结构方程模式对假设进行检验,获得了新的理论发现。Based on the case of studying two toy induatrial clusters in Guangdong province, this paper proposes the question whether and how to influence the technology innovative performance of member enterprises, and establishes a comprehensive theoretical framework with concentrated degree of member enterprises, enterprise network structures, external social capital and technology innovative performance. The paper puts forward a series of new hypothesis, and finally finds out some valuable and creative theories by applying the method of the questionnaire survey （458 enterprise samples） and structural equations model （SEM）.
