摘　　要：在罗默、格罗斯曼、赫尔普曼的国际知识流动增长的基础上加入知识型服务贸易因素,得出知识型服务贸易和国际知识流动结合才能消除重复研发,带来知识流动在各国收益的最大化,促进长期创新率和经济增长率。最后,对在知识型服务贸易自由化下我国促进知识型服务贸易和国际知识流动提出有价值的政策建议。This paper studies the mechanisms and constraints of international knowledge flow promoting economic growth and innovation.Based on Romer,Grossman and Helpman＇s international knowledge flow growth model,introducing the factor of trade in knowledge-intensive service.this paper analyzes only the interaction of international knowledge flow and trade in knowledge-intensive service can eliminate RD duplication and sustain long-term economic growth.On the bases,policy suggestions of developing are provided.
