摘 要:综合考虑聚光型光伏&光热一体机在不同气候条件下,电池片的散热方案,研制了一套热交换系统,并对其进行试验研究。结果表明:采用层压技术将电池片与冷却器组合在一起,可把聚光光伏电池片的工作温度有效控制在60℃以下;利用冷却器的水介质同步收集无法转换成电能的太阳能,得到约58℃的温水;通过集热板对冷却器流出的温水进行二次加热,获得约78℃的高温热水。经过实测,掌握了一体机在不同季节,电池片工作温度的控制规律,一体机的光电和光热总效率达到60%以上,实现了高效率、低成本太阳能光伏&光热的综合利用。Heat dispelling from the cell is generally considered when the solar photovoltaic/thermal concentrating device works under all weather situation. It is important to design heat exchanger system to efficiently cool the cell. Numerable experiments had been conducted repetitiously to demonstrate heat exchanger system. It is indicated that the problem of heat dispelling from cells in the solar photovoltaic/thermal concentrating device can be solved by as- sembly cells and cooler. The working temperature of cells are able to be efficiently controlled under 60'12. Heat from cell can be gathered synchronously and extruded by coolant (water) flowing into cooler. The water was heated ap- proximately to 58~C as cells were cooled. Heated water from cooler was finally reheated by solar collector to approx- imate 78~C. Experimental results indicate that the total efficiency of integrated device is above 60%. The control theory of cell working temperature under different season is well known, therefore this solar photovoltaic/thermal concentrating device will be obtained with higher efficiency and lower cost.
