摘　　要：广州军区武汉总医院临床药师通过参与临床查房工作;协同医师鉴别遴选药物,促进临床合理用药;关注药物相互作用,维护患者用药安全;及时识别药物严重不良反应,给出合理的建议;参与临床用药实践,关注特殊人群用药;对患者进行用药教育,提高其用药依从性;为医务人员提供药学信息与咨询服务等一系列深入呼吸内科开展药学服务的工作实践,总结临床药师开展药学服务的切入点。对合理安全地使用药物,起到了有益的作用。Practice thai clinical pharmacist participates in clinical ward round, cooperates with doctor to select drug and promote rational drug use, focuses on drag intervention effect and secures patient＇ s safety, detects serious adverse reaction and gives ralional advice, takes part in clinical drug use practice and targets an special patient group, carries out drug use education and improves patient＇ scompliance, provides pharmacy information and carries out consultation for medical staffs are carried out in respiration department of Guangzhou Military Command Wuhan General Hospital. Entry points of clinical pharmacist develops pharmacy service ale. summarizedd and clinical pharmacist＇ s service has helped promoting rational and safety drug use.
