摘　　要：促进医院文化建设、构建和谐医患关系是提升医院内涵的根本。在准确把握医院发展脉搏的基础上,全面加强医院文化建设,提升医院"软实力",重塑医院社会形象是关健所在。齐齐哈尔市第一医院通过创建局域电子杂志这一新型教育模式,进一步提高职工的职业素养,增强主人翁责任感,逐步建立一种与时代发展同步的新型医院文化。Promoting hospital culture construction and building harmonious hospital patient relationship are the foundation on improving hospital connotation. Based on clear design hospital development strategy, all round strengthening hospital culture construction, improving hospital soft capacity and re-figuring hospital social identity are the key measures. By creating local electronic magazine in Qiqihar the I st hospital, medical staff＇ s professional quality and responsibilities are improved and a new mode of hospital culture which catches the times is gradually shaped.
