摘　　要：全国大城市在新一轮快速路建设高潮中开展快速路的规划、设计与建设,"和谐社会"、"公交优先、""以人为本"、这是对快速路设计的要求,从二十世纪大城市建设快速路历程的回眸,总结了京、津、沪三大直辖市的经验与教训;重点介绍了本世纪三大直辖市城市快速路建设的发展以及2009年10月颁布的《城市快速路设计规程》的主要内容,最后提出了城市快速路建设几点展望,可供相关专业人员参考。The planning,design and construction of the express roads are implemented in the new turn of express road construction climax in the large cities of the whole country.The harmonious society,the priority of public transport and the people foremost are the requirements for the design of express roads.From the review of the 20th century urban express road construction of the large cities,the article sums up the experience and lessons of Beijing,Tianjin and Shanghai,focuses introduction on the development of the urban express road construction in three cities in 21st century and the main contents of Urban Express Road Design Regulations issued in October 2009,and finally puts forward some prospects for the construction of urban express road,which can be referred for the professional members.
