摘　　要：交通影响评价(Traffic Impact Analysis,简称TIA)是分析和评价建设项目对其周边路网交通负荷的影响,从微观上研究城市土地利用与交通的内在联系,从而解决城市交通问题的有效手段。在分析和总结国外相关经验的基础上,结合我国交通影响评价的研究现状,分析了在我国导入交通影响分析的必要性、交通影响评价的基本思想,系统地介绍了城市建设项目交通影响评价体系,分析了交通影响评价的步骤及理论,并对评价过程中所涉及的主要技术要点进行了分析。The traffic impact appraisal(TIA) is the effective means to analyze and appraise the impact of construction project on the traffic load of the surrounding road network,and microcosmically to study internal relation of the urban land utilization with the urban traffic so as to solve the urban traffic issues.On the basis to analyze and sum up the foreign experience,the article studies the status of the traffic impact appraisal in China,analyzes the necessity to introduce the traffic impact analysis into China and the basic think of traffic impact appraisal,systematically introduces the traffic impact appraisal system of urban construction project,analyzes the steps and theory of traffic impact appraisal,and analyzes the main technical gist involved in the appraisal process.
