吉林省大众滑雪者运动损伤的调查研究  

Investigation on the Mass Skiers' Sports Injury in Jilin Province

摘　　要：减少与预防吉林省大众滑雪者运动损伤,对促进吉林省大众滑雪运动的普及与发展具有重要的意义。采用分层随机方法选取吉林省8家滑雪场共计388名滑雪者进行调查,调查表明:吉林省大众滑雪者运动损伤的比率较高,高达26.29%,损伤部位主要集中在膝踝关节、腰背、小腿、肩关节、肘腕关节以及头颈部,运动损伤种类以关节韧带损伤、挫伤、擦伤和冻伤四类损伤比例较大;运动损伤的致伤原因分为生理因素、技术因素、外在环境因素和心理因素。针对滑雪者与滑雪场管理方,就如何预防和应对运动损伤提出相关建议。For advancing the popularization and development of mass skiing in Jilin province, itg significant to reduce and prevent the mass skiers＇sports injury. With the method of stratified randomization, the paper investigated a total number of 388 skiers from 8 ski resorts in Jilin province. The result shows that the probability of mass skiers＇sports injury in Jilin province is high up to 26.29% ; the injury parts focus on knee, an- kle, waist, back, crus, shoulder, elbow, wrist, head and neck; the injury of joint ligament more relate to 4 types： trauma, contusion, bruise and frostbite; the injury causations relate to physiological factor, technical factor, external environment factor and psychological factor. Aiming at the skiers and the ski resorts＇management methods, it puts torward relevant suggestions how to prevent and deal with the sports injury.
