人口老龄化背景下社区体育现状调查研究——以杭州市老龄人为例

摘　　要：通过文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,对目前杭州市老年人参与社区体育现状、身体健康状况等方面深入调查研究,并从健康老龄化角度出发,提出其发展对策,以增强老年人的体质,提高生活质量,从而促进老年体育朝着健康、科学的方向发展,实现健康老龄化。According to academic literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics,this research paper focuses on the analysis of old people＇s exercise,constitution and health condition at Hangzhou community sport.From healthy aging perspective,it proposed the development of countermeasures.The purpose of this paper is to improve old people＇s constitution,reduce their illness frequency rate,and improve their quality of life.Meanwhile,old people sport can be heading towards more healthy and scientific approaches in order to achieve healthy aging.
