摘　　要：农村山区医疗卫生人才的培养,是我国卫生事业均衡发展中最艰巨的任务,通过开办北京农村山区半山区定向班,适度改革课程体系,从特定卫生人才培养的背景出发,探索山区医疗卫生人才培养的目标、机制和方式,农村山区人才培养模式的实践取得良好效果。To culture medical and health talents for rural mountainous areas is the most difficult task in the balanced development of China＇s health care.Thereby orientated classes have been offered for the rural mountainous areas in Beijing,and the corresponding curriculum＇s moderately reformed so as to explore the objectives,mechanisms and methods of medical and health talents training for mountainous areas on the basis of training particular health workers.Good results have been obtained from the practice of personnel training for the rural mountainous areas.
