摘　　要：以就业为导向,对四年制医学检验本科特色专业方向培养进行了探索。从大学入学开始,根据就业岗位对人才的知识、技能的需求,把学生分成细胞形态学小组、检验仪器保养与维修小组、检验仪器、试剂营销小组及参加研究生考试共4个小组,实施导师制,对学生进行有目的的分类指导和培养,培养就业岗位急需的具有特色技能的人才,有利于提高毕业生就业竞争力。Based on employment,this paper explorates the training of characteristic professional direction for four-year program undergraduates majoring in laboratory medicine.Students were divided into four groups（the morphology of cells,maintenance and repair of laboratory instruments,marketing of laboratory instruments and reagents,taking part in the entrance exams for postgraduate schools）on the basis of employment demands for students＇ knowledge and skills at the beginning of their entrance.These students were trained on specific purpose under the supervision of master,which can make more employment opportunities and can intensify market competitions.
