摘  要:针对临床实用型医学生,在临床前期以模拟教学为核心,构建多元化临床技能训练体系,训练结束后采用客观结构化临床考试(Objective Structured Clinical Examination,OSCE)方式评价学生临床技能。实践证明这种培养模式解决了临床教学资源匮乏的问题,增加了学生的实践机会,有助于培养医学生的综合临床技能。According to chnical practical medical students, in the chnical teaching in simulation which is the core, this paper deals with the construction of the diversification of clinical skills training system. After training the objective standardized chnical examination (OSCE) is adopted to evaluate students' clinical sells. The practice proves that this kind of training model has solved the problem of lack of chrtical teaching resources, increased the students' practice chance, helped develop medical students' integrated clinical sells.
