摘　　要：对数字图书馆进行项目管理可以有效地提高其服务水平并及时满足用户的多种需求。论文在分析项目管理问题的实质与作用之后,结合一个高校数字图书馆项目管理的实例,给出了运用帕累托分析确定其项目管理问题的方法与步骤。最后,指出进行帕累托分析时应注意之要点。To manage digital library by project management can improve the library service level efficiently and meet the different requirements of its users in time. After analyzing the essence and functions of the problems for project management, and combining an example of university digital library project management, this paper gives the methods and steps that confirm the problems of project management by Parato analysis. It also indicates the main points which should be paid attention to while carrying Parato analysis.
