摘 要:矿井巷道掘进工作面环境噪声严重影响矿工的身心健康,并可能掩蔽各种安全警报信号而成为安全事故的重大隐患.分析了典型掘进工作面不同作业时段机器噪声源的声压级特性,得到了从凿岩钻孔到装岩运输整个过程中工作面噪声的105~120 dB(A)的范围值和矿工一个工作日的112.3 dB(A)等效连续A声级值;探讨了巷道掘进工作面噪声的空间特性和沿巷道轴向长空间中的声场特性,得到了巷道声场声压级随接受点离声源距离的衰减特征值及其混响声场的相关参数,为掘工作面环境噪声预测与控制提供了一定依据.Noise on roadway head of mine from the machine seriously influenced the miners' physical and mental health,and also the noise may be a major hidden dangers of safety accident as all safety warning signal may be masked by the noise.The SPL characteristic was analysed that of machine noise source on typical heading face,and SPL range 105~120 dB(A) was got which on typical heading face during the drilling borehole stage,and rock transport stage and the equivalent continuous A 112.3 dB(A)sound level was outfitted that in a working day of miner.Noise space characteristics and long space acoustic characteristics along the roadway axial was discussed,the SPL attenuation characteristic curve with the distance from the sound source in roadway sound field and correlation parameter of roadway reverberation sound field were brought out.Certain basis for forecasting and controlling environmental noise of heading face were provided.
