摘　　要：目的:介绍非甾体抗炎药透皮给药的进展,为非甾类抗炎药透皮吸收制剂的研究与开发提供参考。方法:通过查阅近年来国内外非甾体抗炎药透皮吸收制剂的研究论文,并进行分析、整理、归纳,就非甾体抗炎药的作用机制,常见非甾体抗炎药的透皮剂型、促渗方法进行综述。结果与结论:研究非甾体抗炎药经皮给药对此类药物的透皮制剂开发具有重要意义。Objective：This article reviewed the research progress of the transdermal non-steroidal anti-inflammatory percutaneous absorption drugs to provide information for the future study.Methods：This paper reviews the recent database of research and analyzes,organizes and summarizes the mechanisms,the common dosage form,and the transdermal delivery of the transdermal non-steroidal anti-inflammatory percutaneous absorption drugs.Results and conclusionIt is of significance to study the transdermal non-steroidal anti-inflammatory percutaneous absorption drugs for the development of this kind of drugs.
