摘 要:滚动轴承弹性滚动接触动态特性直接影响转子系统的精度及动态特性,针对滚动轴承弹性滚动接触动态特性问题,以深沟球轴承61914为例,在同时考虑内环、外环、滚珠及保持架变形的情况下,建立滚动轴承三维弹性滚动接触有限元模型,采用有限单元法计算滚动轴承在不同转速、径向力及轴向力等载荷工况下滚动轴承的接触应力及滚珠与内环的运动状态。结果表明,有限单元法能在满足高精度计算的情况下求解各种复杂工况下的滚动轴承动力学特性,为进一步研究滚动轴承弹性滚动接触动态特性提供有力的研究方法。The rolling contact behavior of rolling bearing has a great influence on the rotor system precision and dynamic characteristic of the rolling bearing.A three-dimensional finite element model is built to aim at the issue of deep groove ball bearing 61914.The model considers the inner and outer rings,cage and balls of the bearing.This model is used to analyze the contact stresses and motions of the bearing components under the condition of the different rotational speeds,radial forces and axial forces.The obtained results show that the present finite element method(FEM) is very efficient and reliable in solving complicated rolling bearing dynamics issues,and it will become a useful means for the further work on rolling bearing dynamic rolling contact.
