头孢噻利治疗急性细菌性下呼吸道感染的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价国产注射用头孢噻利治疗急性细菌性下呼吸道感染的有效性和安全性。方法:采用随机对照平行试验设计进行研究,试验组46例,给予注射用头孢噻利治疗;对照组44例,给予注射用头孢吡肟治疗。疗程均为5～14 d。结果:试验组和对照组患者总的临床痊愈率分别为41.3%(19/46)和40.9%(18/44);有效率分别为84.8%(39/46)和81.8%(36/44);细菌清除率分别为80.0%和83.3%;不良反应发生率分别为4.3%(2/46)和2.3%(1/44)。以上指标差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:国产注射用头孢噻利治疗急性细菌性下呼吸道感染安全有效。To evaluate the efficacy and safety of domestic Cefoselis in the treatment of patients with moderate to severe acute lower respiratory tract infection. METHODS A randomized comparative study was used. 46 patients were divided into trial group treated with domestic Cefoselis as well as 44 patients into control group treated with Cefepime. RESULTS The cured rate, effective rate, bacterial clearance rate were 41.3%, 84. 8%/00, 80. 0% in trial group and 40. 9%, 81.8%, 83.3 % in control group. The incidences of adverse reaction of them were 4. 3 % and 2. 3 %. There was no significant difference in these parameters between two groups. CONCLUSION Domestic Cefoselis is an effective and safe antibiotic in the treatment of acute lower respiratory tract infection.
