摘　　要：移动通信技术的快速发展使得图书馆开展广泛的移动信息服务成为可能。本文阐述了3G的概念及业务模型;手机图书馆的概念、系统结构和发展现状。分析了手机图书馆现有的几种信息服务,提出了手机图书馆信息服务中存在的问题等。With the rapid development of the mobile communication technology, the library can develop mobile information services extensively. This paper explains the concept and business model of 3G and the concept, structural model and states of the mobile library. And it analyses several informa- tion services in mobile library, presents some problem in the development of mobile-phone library information service.
