摘　　要：电子出版物呈缴制度运行机制是电子出版物制度良好运行的重要保障。文章分析了电子出版物呈缴制度运行机制的含义,提出了其基本框架包括:法律机制、组织管理机制、经济补偿机制和长期保存机制。Operating mechanism is an important guarantee for good performance to the deposit system of electronic publications. This paper analyzes the meaning operating mechanism of deposit system of electronic publications, and presents the basic framework, including legal mechanisms, organizational mechanisms, and economic compensation mechanism and long-term preservation mechanism.
