摘  要:针对某微型车转向支架在道路试验中损坏的现象,应用有限元ABAQUS软件进行强度分析,根据得到的应力云图和位移云图,找出了破坏的位置。根据分析结果,利用Optistruct优化工具的连续体结构拓扑优化技术进行优化设计。通过对优化前后的支架应力对比,优化后最大应力小于屈服应力。结合台架试验和疲劳寿命分析,优化后的支架满足性能要求,并已成功应用到该车型的生产中。According to a steering bracket for a minivan was damaged in road test, the strength analysis was done by ABAQUS software, and the stress contour and displacement contour were get, the damaged location was found. Combining the analysis results then based on these data a finite element analysis and a corresponding continuum structure topology optimization on steering bracket are performed. Contrasting the stress of bracket before and after optimization, the maximum stress is smaller than yield stress. Final- ly, the rig test and fatigue life prediction are carried out to validate the effectiveness, and the optimized bracket met the performance requirements, and it has being successfully applied to model' s production.
