基于HDI的辽宁省“四个文明”指数的理论建构与测量分析

摘　　要：人类发展指数(HDI)体现了以人为本的发展观,但是仅用三个指标难以完整地表明人类发展的全部内涵,"四个文明"的提出显示了发展的目标性价值以及工具性价值。"四个文明"在社会文明的整体系统中是相互联系的。物质文明是整个社会文明的基础。精神文明是精神动力和智力支持。政治文明是政治保障。生态文明是前提条件。以人类发展的概念为基础,构建了"四个文明"指数。通过对辽宁省"四个文明"指数的测量及分析,寻找提升辽宁省"四个文明"指数的对策。The human development index（HDI） reflects the view of development of humanism,but HDI cannot interpret the meaning of human development perfectly with three indicators,＂four civilizations＂ proposing shows the goal value and the instrumental value of the development.＂Four civilizations＂ in the whole system of social civilization is connected with each other.The material civilization is the basis of civilization of the whole society.Spiritual civilization is spiritual motivation and intelligence support.Political civilization is the political guarantee.Ecological civilization is the prerequisite.The article bases on the concept of human development to construct the ＂four civilizations＂ index.Through the analysis and measurement of ＂four civilizations＂ index in liaoning province,we look for the countermeasures to promote the ＂four civilizations＂ index in liaoning province.
