宏观经济政策的区域效应与我国东西部经济波动的分析

摘　　要：由于我国"一刀切"的宏观经济政策,对东西部地区经济波动的差异造成较大影响,1995年之前,东部经济大起大落,西部经济起落较为平缓,东部波幅较大;1995年之后,由于西部大开发等原因,导致西部经济波幅较大。由此可见,宏观经济政策的区域效应对东西部经济波动的影响至关重要。We know that Chinese macroeconomic policy of uniformity in all cases have an influence on differentials of the economic fluctuation between the Eastern and Western regions.Eastern region＇s economy exhibits rapid ups and downs and the Western region is little up and down and the volatility of the Eastern region is larger before 1995 and volatility of the western region is larger after 1995 because of Development of the West Regions and other reasons.Thus the relation of the regional effect of the macroeconomic policy is of utmost importance to the economic fluctuation in the Eastern and Western regions.
