摘 要:为评价镇江市家犬兽用狂犬病疫苗的免疫效果,探讨影响免疫效果的因素,采集镇江市不同地区免疫犬和非免疫犬只的血清样本,ELISA法测定其抗体产生情况。结果表明,镇江市总的免疫犬只抗体阳性率为34.53%(67/194);不同地区犬只抗体阳性率差异显著(X2=23.743,P=0.000);犬只的免疫3剂次及以上与3剂次以下抗体阳性率差异显著(X2=31.553,P=0.000)。镇江市总的免疫犬只抗体阳性率不高,不能够达到有效防止犬群间狂犬病的相互传播水平(免疫合格率应达70%)。免疫剂次较少是导致犬只不能产生狂犬病保护性抗体的主要原因。该观察为不同地区加大兽用狂犬病疫苗免疫预防工作提供了参考数据。In order to analyze the immunity effect of veterinary rabies vaccine in dogs and understand the factors influencing immunity effect we collected some serums from immunized dogs or non-immunized dogs. The antibodies against rabies in serums were detected by ELISA. The results showed that the antibody positive rate was 34.53% (67/194) in immunized dogs in Zhenjiang city and the difference on the antibody positive rate was significant in different areas. The difference on antibody positive rate between the dogs immunized 3 times or more and less than 3 times was significant. The antibody positive rate in immunized dogs was not high in Zhenjiang. It could not prevent the spread of rabies in dogs. The low immunity times were one of the reasons for low positive rates. These results would provide data for the prevention and control on rabies.
