摘  要:三角梅在食品保健环保方面的价值日渐引起注意。本研究用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)对7个三角梅栽培种盛花期的微量元素和大量元素在花和叶中的分布特点作了调查,以期筛选出适合食用和园林环保不同用途的品种。结果表明有益健康的元素和重金属元素积累在品种间存在显著差异。叶中重金属含量最高的品种是B.peruviana‘Thimma’(B.p),其次是B.glabra‘S’(B.g‘S’),重金属积累最少的是B.‘Raspberryice’(B.‘R’)的叶.而花中重金属积累最多的品种是B.peruviana‘Thimma’(B.p),最少的是B.glabra‘Alba’(B.g‘A’).而主要有益元素钙、锌和铁含量最高的品种分别是B.g‘M’和B.b‘C’的花中钙含量最高,B.b‘C’和B.‘Z’的花中以及B.p-n的叶中锌含量最高,B.‘Z’的花和B.'R'的叶中铁含量最高。综合考虑,三角梅品种B.'R'的花比较适合用于在食品保健业的开发而品种B.p更适合于种植在高含量铅、镉、砷等重金属污染的环境用于生物环境修复。Bougainvillea shows increasingly potential as edible plants, as well in bio-remediation environment. In the study, the micro and macro mineral contents of seven Bougainvillea in blooming were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) in order to select varieties propitious to supplement food or friendly-environment. There were remarkable differences in accumulation beneficial elements among cuhivars of Bougainvillea. the highest amounts of heavy metals was detected in B. peruviana 'Thimma' (B.p) , followed by B. g 'S', the least one was in the leaves of B. 'Raspberry ice' (B. 'R'). As compared with leaves, the obvious difference was found in flowers, the maximal accumulation was obtained in flowers of B.p, the minimal one was from the flowers of B. glabra 'Alba' (B.g 'A' ). In conclusion, as compared with beneficial effects of micro nutrients in leaves and flowers, flowers of B. 'R' are preferred diets for mineral supplement and healthy effects while B.p is proper to be planted in areas where bio-remediation is needed under heavy metals contamination such as Lead (Pb) , Chromium (Cr) , Arsenicum (As) and so on.
