摘 要:应用火焰原子吸收光谱法对三明12个葡萄品种各器官的Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu、Ni、Cr的含量进行测定分析,结果表明,所测6个元素在各品种器官中均有一定的分布,同一微量元素在葡萄不同器官、不同品种之间存在一定的差异,其中所测微量元素中Mn、Fe元素在各器官中含量相对较高,Zn、Cu其次,Ni、Cr的含量相对较低。所测葡萄品种各器官中Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu的含量多数在一般植物体的正常含量范围内,Cr、Ni的含量稍高于一般植物体的正常含量范围;Fe元素在各品种间含量差异最大,其高低顺序为:藤稔>巨峰>京亚>双味早红堤>红高>黑香蕉>京秀>87-1>汤姆逊>金星无核>矢富罗莎>维多利亚,而Ni、Cu、Cr元素的含量在不同品种之间的差异较小。The contents of Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu, Cr, Ni elements of the organs were measured by the method of flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) in 12 cuhivars of grape from Sanming. The result showed that, six trace elements existed in all the organs of grapevine. The contents of these trace elements differed to some extent among different organs, trees or cultivars. Among them, the contents of the trace element (Fe. Mn) in the organs of grape were relatively high; The contents of Zn. Cu was the second in the organs of grape; The contents of the trace element (Ni, Cr) were relatively lower levels in the organs of grape. The contents of Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu of most organs in grape belonged to normal contents of the trace elements in plants, but the contents of Cr, Ni is slightly higher than that of the general plants. The variance of Fe content in 12 grape euhivars was the most obvious, the size order of Fe content is Tengreng〉Jufeng〉Jingya〉Shuangweizaohongti〉Honggao〉Heixiangjiao〉Jingxiu〉 87-1〉Tangmuxun〉Jinxinwuhe〉Shifuluosha〉Weiduoliya, but the contents of Ni. Cu, Cr in 12 grapevine cuhivars have little difference.
