摘　　要：根据马钢CSP生产工艺装备特点及生产实践经验,制定出确保冷轧基料稳定生产的一整套生产工艺措施。分析生产冷轧基料时易出现的表面质量缺陷问题,提出相应的解决措施。生产实践表明,马钢CSP已具备大批量及高质量生产冷轧基料的能力。According to the characteristics of process equipment and production experience of Masteel CSP,a set of production technology measures is generated that can ensure stable production of plain carbon steel for cold rolling.At the same time,reasons that cause the surface quality defects of plain carbon steel for cold rolling,and solutions were analyzed.Production practice shows that Masteel CSP production lines already have the large quantities and high-quality production capacity of plain carbon steel for cold rolling.
