摘　　要：基于科技期刊传播视角和原始期刊文献分析考证法,认定1914年创刊的《博物学杂志》是博物学向生物学演化的代表性期刊,它所提倡的"发明全国之博物区系""裕民足国""学问之道,锲而不舍""增进学识,改良教材"等办刊原则,显示了民初时期国人办刊的先进理念。Through the view of sci-tech periodicals communication and literature analyzing and researching, the magazine Journal of Natural Science, established in 1914, was the representative journal of natural history to biology in China. Its advanced principles of ＂ finding for domestic products＂ ＂ make people rich＂ ＂persist in request of knowledge＂ and ＂ improve the textbook＂ in Journal of Natural Science demonstrated new ideas in early Republic of China.
