摘　　要：通过调查科技期刊论文首页标注引文格式的现状,重点阐述在论文首页标注引文格式的重要性:方便作者引用,减少出错率;减轻编辑的工作量,提高工作效率;提高论文的被引用率;提高期刊质量。提出在论文首页标注引文格式的一些建议,认为这是提高参考文献著录水平的一条较好的途径。In this paper, the author describes the current situation of marking citation＇s format on the first page of the paper by investigations, analyses the reasons led to the situation, then lists the importance of marking citation＇s format on the first page of the paper： by doing this, 1 ） It will be much convenient for the author to quote and reduce the appearance of mistakes; 2 ） It will reduce the workload of the editors and increase working efficiency; 3 ） It will improve the quotations of the paper; 4 ） It will improve the quality of the journal. Several suggestions are proposed on marking citation＇s format on the first page of the paper, and this will be a good path for improving the paper reference level.
