植物挥发油及活性成分与富马酸钠共同添加对湖羊血液生化和抗氧化指标的影响

摘　　要：用装有瘤胃瘘管的4头湖羊探讨植物挥发油及其活性成分和富马酸钠添加对湖羊血液生化和抗氧化指标的影响。采用4×4拉丁方设计,设4个处理,处理1饲喂基础日粮,处理2添加1g混合挥发油(牛至油、肉桂油、丁香油和柠檬油按等比例组成)与25g富马酸一钠,处理3添加0.5g混合挥发油活性成分(香芹酚、肉桂醛、丁香酚和柠檬醛等比例混合)与25g富马酸一钠,处理4添加1g混合挥发油活性成分与25g富马酸一钠。每期包括10d预试和8d正试验。结果发现,添加混合挥发油组和高量活性成分(1g/d)组显著提高了血清白蛋白含量,降低了白球蛋白比(P<0.05),但对其他指标影响不显著;而低量活性成分(0.5g/d)组则显著降低了球蛋白、碱性磷酸酶、谷草转氨酶、肌酐和胆固醇的含量(P<0.05)。高量和低量活性成分组相比对照组均显著降低了谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性和总抗氧化能力(P<0.05),但低量活性成分组降低了丙二醛含量,而混合挥发油组则与对照组无显著差异。结果表明,添加1g/d挥发油或活性成分降低了白球蛋白比,而有提高球蛋白含量的趋势,1g/d活性成分还有提高碱性磷酸酶和谷丙转氨酶活性的趋势,可能对湖羊肝脏有一定的影响;而0.5g/d活性成分降低了球蛋白、碱性磷酸酶、谷草转氨酶等指标,可能有利于肝脏功能;添加挥发油不影响肾脏功能、机体脂肪和蛋白代谢,即添加挥发油对湖羊抗氧化能力影响有限,0.5g/d挥发油活性成分添加并未影响湖羊机体健康。Four rumen fistulated Hu sheep were used to investigate the anti-oxidative status and blood biochemical parameters influenced by addition of mixture of essential oils and their active components along with fumarate.A 4×4 Latin Square design involved four treatments： control（C） was basal diet with 25 g/day monosodium fumarate;EOCF was 1 g/day of essential oil combinations（mixture of equal portion of clove oil,oregano oil,cinnamon oil and lemon oil） with to 25 g/day monosodium fumarate;HEACF was 1.0 g/day essential oil active component combinations（mixture of equal portion of eugenol,carvacrol,citral and cinnamaldehyde） with 25 g/day monosodium fumarate;while LEACF is same with HEACF but was added at 0.5 g/day.Each period lasted for 18 days including 10 days for adaptation.Addition of EOCF and high dose of EACF increased serum albumin and ratio of albumin to globulin（P〈0.05）,but had little effects on other indexes.Low dose of EACF decreased globulin,alkaline phosphatase,aspartate aminotransferase,creatinine and total cholesterol（P〈0.05）.Addition of EACF at either dosage decreased glutathione peroxidase,superoxide dismutase and total antioxidant capacity（P0.05）,0.5 g/day of EACF decreased MDA compare with control,but with no difference with EOCF and control groups.Results showed addition of high dose（1 g/day） of EOCF or EACF decreased albumin,tended to increase globulin,besides,1g/day EACF tended to increase ALP and GTP,indicated 1 g/day EOCF or EACF would have influence on liver function;while addition of 0.5 g/day EACF decreased globulin,ALP and GOP,would benefit for health of liver.Kidney,body lipid and protein metabolism were not influenced by addition of EO.In conclusion,addition of essential oil has a limited effect on anti-oxidant ability of sheep,and low dose（0.5 g/day） of EO does not exert an influence on sheep health.
