摘　　要：在建立港口选址评价指标体系的基础上,采用熵权法和理想点法相结合的方法对港口选址问题进行分析,以期降低决策的主观随意性,实例分析结果表明,该方法计算简便,通用性较强,可为解决类似的决策问题提供参考。It is a great decision-making that the decision-maker selects an appropriate site for the port.Based on building the assessment index system of the port site selecting,the entropy weight method and ideal point method were adopted in the site selection of port so as to reduce the subjectivity of decision and make it more reasonable.Practical example indicated that this method is simple with good commonality,which can be referenced for similar decision problems.
